Jason Hardy MIMarEST
Managing Director
Experienced business management professional and marine engineer with a successful background delivering products and services in a wide variety of environments and sectors including Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Military, Marine and Offshore. This history is what gives the rounded and consolidated approach to the GlenMex business and its ability to deliver efficiently to the client. Holding Member status of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology and an Undergraduate Degree in Strategic Marketing from the Chartered Institute Marketing, Jason is well placed at the helm of GlenMex to support your requirements.
Sarah Gilbert
Consultant
With over 10 years experience in the construction and facilities management industry, Sarah brings to the team a wealth of knowledge and understanding of both commercial and residential projects. Experienced in business development management, finance, sales and marketing, she has all the necessary skills to ensure each and every project we undertake is well coordinated and runs smoothly from start to finish.
As a qualified and experienced Fire Door Inspector Sarah also works alongside Jason to
manage visual, functional and invasive inspections for a number of clients ranging from small businesses to large commercial properties with 1000’s of doors. Ensuring inspections are completed in a timely manner and in line with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
Incorporated Mechanical Engineering Consultant
Experienced consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, HVAC, Value Engineering, Operations Management, and Cost Management. Strong business development professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Swansea Metropolitan University.
Buildings and Civil Engineering Consultant
A highly experienced and effective professional, boasting over 35 years in the construction industry (B+CE) across various disciplines. An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Building (ACIOB) and a Member of the Society of American Military Engineers amongst many other memberships and qualifications (APM, MAPS, IET), Jim has a vast and broad knowledge base that is akin to his experience and hence the ideal Consultant to support GlenMex. Along with experience in many sectors Jim has also worked closely with MoD prime contractors to provide specialist contracting services to much of the MoD estate including both UK and US military bases on UK turf.
